ghost pressing on me...

yesterday my brother and i ended up going for a quick 50k ride once the afternoon rain was over. we covered the 'modified small loop', returning via mt pleasant road. i was cursing and swearing when we attacked the hills as my legs wasn't really with me.

sleep paralysis is not fun...
