i went cycling today all the way up yangminshan and saw ms pearson, mr and mrs schultz (they're school teachers) =) i got my aero bars fixed up. but i reckon i'll be taking them off after the shuang xi dualthon as they're going to be extra weight.
i went out again on bike to hannah's place. she's just so funny when it comes to cycling, oh well. we rode the park, which was going around in circles...great workout (yar right!)

i hope i'll be fit enough for the 30km bike leg of the dualthon, and perhaps the 60km taiwan nats.

its 10 past 9pm, i havent finish my homework, im falling asleep and we've got school tmr. how great.

i did a 55k ride to yangminshan and back with isaac. the view was great up there and the other riders along the way were cool. though it sucked climbing uphills, with my poor fitness. i think it was pretty rewarding once its all done =)
i'll prolly do it again next weekend when im back from alishan.

this year's redpacket 'business' wasnt as good as previous years. but i guess it doesnt matter to me cuz i'll be using most of the money on my bike stuff. im planning to get a nike cycling jersey and shorts, and save the rest for some bike upgrading in future.

i went cycling and climbing some hill with some friends and ms forgie over the weekend. was great, since its a good preparation for the dualthon event in march. thank god i've got willy to do the run for me.

i hope forgie's selling her bike for 10k nt (S$500) with decent parts, since the bike has suffered quite a few crashes and its got quite a bit of mileage, but its ridden by her and she's completed serveral ironmen in it. best of all, the bike's pretty tough. ha!

my legs (and arse) are sore now. i'll rest for tmr and go up to 101 for dinner with my family.

just got back from a decent day of fun and 'emoness'.

went to ximen with hannah to get her pins for her online business and also to get my pair of 'emo' vans slip-ons.
then we met up with the two jackasses (jackie and ray, haha im kidding guys.) for dinner and then walked around shilin night market to look for jackie's jacket. (wow...jackie, jacket, jackass, jacko by hannah, perfect alliteration!)
pretty crowded and had a hard time looking for a toilet, but we discovered a cool place with decent entertainment facillities after haven't been there for bloody donkey years.
and had a bb-gun war.
paired with hannah to kill the two jackasses muahah. although it was just the 4 of us, nevertheless it was great fun and good company, BUT sadly i ended up with an extra 'nipple' on my right bicep.

also, i heard from my source that the two guys carried on shopping after we left. rahh. ha!
