le tour fever!!!

cadel is now 8seconds off frank schleck!!! as long as he hangs in there in the mountains the ITT on the 20th stage will be the one to watch. cadel being a very strong timetrialist should be able to fight for yellow easily from schleck. however he will need to be on the look out for christian vv from garmin chiptole.

anyway we averaged 36.8kph for 30km today! great ride as i managed to stirr them abit, however i need to hang in longer and recover faster next time!! the 2nd loop was noticably slower than the first. it could have been a much faster ride! sighhh!

plans for tmr:

1) wake up early to start on some work...

2) wash bike

3) possible trip to CMPB to clear some documents

4) lunch and movie with jon

5) evening ride with cycleworx...
